Delivery Information
Currently we deliver to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.
We endeavour to dispatch all products that are in stock within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery will be via Royal Mail for smaller/lighter items or via one of our chosen courier partners for larger/heavier items.
If you require urgent delivery of a product, please call us on 01364 642 476 or email us at info@areafive.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
No Quibble Returns
Please inspect all items on receipt and contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with the products in any way. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for replacement item(s) or a full refund of the cost of the goods providing they remain in their original packaging.
If you wish to return a product
Please contact us and we will provide you with a return address label for your item(s). Please return the item(s) in their original packaging.
If your package has arrived by courier, we will arrange to have the product collected from your address, or an alternative address specified by you, on a date convenient to you (unfortunately our courier cannot specify a time).
If your package has arrived by Royal Mail, you can take it to a local Post Office and return it to us as a second class parcel with proof of postage. We will refund any costs you have paid in returning your item. Alternatively, you can request to have a courier collect the product from your address, or an alternative address specified by you, on a date convenient to you (unfortunately our courier cannot specify a time).
If the item is being returned due to damage: if you have requested a refund, once we have received your returned item, we will refund you the full cost of the product INCLUDING any original delivery charges you may have paid. If you have requested a replacement product, we will endeavour to dispatch a replacement to you immediately or, if the product is out of stock, as soon as a product comes back into stock.
If the item is being returned for any other reason: once we have received your returned item, we will refund you the full cost of the product MINUS any original delivery charges you may have paid.

We are constantly striving to improve our environmental policy and reduce our impact on the environment while ensuring that your products get to you in the safest possible way.
We reuse numerous packaging materials from our distributors, as well as buying in once-used strong boxes. When we cannot reuse materials, where possible we purchase recyclable packaging.
